All the properties we advertise on our site are supervised by us, so you don't have to worry about third-party situations.

It means that this property has been reviewed, filmed, and photographed by us. It's under constant supervision. We have the exclusivity of booking rooms in it; also, you will only share the house with our selected Nesters!
All our properties already have virtual tours and video tours, so you can book the properties remotely and thus facilitate the rental of the room abroad, If you are already Dublin, we will be happy to organize the visit for You!
As we offer flexible long-term rentals, the minimum and maximum stay are as follows: - 3 months minimum stay, 6 months maximum stay.
If subject to availability, we may transfer you to other properties to continue your stay in Dublin.

As we offer flexible long-term rentals, the minimum and maximum stay differ as follows: - 3 months minimum stay, 6 months maximum stay. To prevent having the property empty for extended periods between two bookings, an “interval” rule is implemented in some properties, it means that we will only accept bookings with a move within a specific date range. That's why even if it's available when you select your dates on the calendar, the system doesn't offer your move-in dates that early. Our advice is to always search with the exact dates necessary so that you only get properties available for those periods.
You will pay half of the security deposit as a booking fee plus the cleaning fee, the rest will be paid on arrival.

Once the booking has been confirmed, we will send you an email with all the reservation details, such as the booking confirmation, the location of the room, and the itinerary of arrival at the property. If you want to check these details, you can do so from the browser by going to the 'Reservations' section and clicking on 'View booking details.'
If you need to cancel, you may request cancellation to MyOthernest Customer Service to cancel an accepted reservation due to a mitigating circumstance. MyOthernest may override the Cancellation Policy depending on the circumstances. Please note that below are the only mitigating circumstances we may consider: 1. Serious injury, illness, or death of the tenant. 2. Serious illness, injury, or death of a first or second-grade relative, a minor or disabled person of whom the tenant is the legal guardian or the primary substitute. 3. Death of a third-grade family member. 4. An official declaration of the disaster zone in the city where the accommodation is located. 5. Unexpected refusal of the visa for unjustified reasons that are not caused directly or indirectly by acts or omissions of the tenants prevents the tenant from moving to the city where the accommodation is located. There may be different reasons that may explain an error in the payment. • Your bank has declined payment because your card does not have sufficient funds. • Your bank does not allow international payments… • Your bank only allows a maximum amount for online transactions. If you tried to pay for a booking request and received an incorrect payment message, don't worry. You have 2 business days to fix it. Follow these steps so you can try to make the payment again and complete your booking request as soon as possible: 1. Get in touch with your bank branch to verify your bank account and make sure you can cover the payment. You can also try a different card. 2. Go to the summary of your booking request and click “Retry” to complete the payment. Your booking request will not be confirmed until payment is completed. You will get a confirmation email when your booking is confirmed. Don't be afraid to try again: you'll never be charged more than once for the same booking request. If you need any help in retrying payment, please contact us via bookings@myorthernest.com or our support chat. What if I need to cancel an existing reservation? If you wish to cancel a confirmed booking, please note that the following penalties may apply: 30-days or more before the move-in date, we will refund 100% of the first payment. Between 29 and 15 days before the move-in date, we will refund 50% of the first payment. 14 to 0 days or less before the move-in date, no refund will be possible. Once a booking is confirmed, you will not be able to make any changes to the booking details. If you realize something is wrong or needs to be changed, please contact us as soon as possible via support chat or email to bookings@myorthernest.com and we will help you fix it.

- All properties have a strict no-smoking policy, including e-cigarettes.
- Parties are not allowed.
- Tenants must follow the cleaning schedule of the house.
- Replacement of keys by the tenant.
- Overnight guests are not allowed.
Yes, we can provide proof of address in 48 hours from your request.
Unfortunately, we cannot share specific information about the other tenants of the property due to data protection requirements. But we can tell you so much! Our broad age range is approximately 25 to 35 years. All reservations we receive are carefully reviewed before acceptance. We love having multicultural homes full of life, supporting diversity.
