MyOtherNest facilitates mid-term accommodation in Dublin for periods ranging from three to six months. We directly own and manage our entire property catalog, ensuring that all properties are supervised and checked by our team. We are not a third-party platform or an estate agency.

SERVICE DEFINITION

Service Scope MyOtherNest facilitates mid-term accommodation in Dublin (3-6 months) combined with professional integration support and resources.

Service Nature We provide
  1. Professional accommodation supervision

  4. Local setup assistance
Service Limitations MyOtherNest is not:
  1. An estate agency
  2. A recruitment agency
  3. A professional services provider
  4. A tourism promotion channel
  5. A property management company

ACCOMMODATION AND RESOURCES

Accommodation Standards
  1. Properties support both residential and professional needs
  2. Regular quality inspections
  3. Professional environment maintenance
  4. High-speed internet provision
  5. Workspace facilities where available
Professional Resources Complementary resources include:
  1. Document templates and guides
  2. Local market information
  3. Administrative setup assistance
Resource Limitations All resources are:
  1. Provided on "as-is" basis
  2. Not professional services
  3. For informational purposes only
  4. Subject to modification
  5. Without employment guarantees

BOOKING PROCESS

Requirements
  1. Minimum age: 18 years
  2. Valid government ID/passport
  3. Professional background information
  4. Proof of funds (when requested)
  5. Parental Agreement (when requested)
  6. Completed registration form
Reservation Steps:
  1. Property selection
  2. Payment processing through Stripe
Check-in/Check-out:
  1. Standard check-in: 2pm
  2. Standard check-out: 12pm
  3. Special arrangements by prior agreement

PAYMENT TERMS

Initial Payment:
  1. Reservation fee (50% of security amount)
  2. Initial cleaning contribution
  3. Non-refundable reservation fee
Upon Arrival:
  1. First month's accommodation payment
  2. Remaining security amount balance
Payment Processing:
  1. All transactions through Stripe
  2. Secure payment system
  3. Anti-fraud protection
  4. SSL-secured platform

MY OTHER NEST GUARANTEE

Property Standards Guarantee We guarantee:
  1. Properties match verified descriptions
  2. Professional living standards
  3. Community environment
  4. Workspace facilities as advertised
Issue Resolution Process:
  1. 24-hour reporting window upon check-in
  2. Photo documentation required
  3. 48-hour resolution period
  4. Alternative arrangements if needed
Resolution Options: If issues cannot be resolved within 48 hours:
  1. Alternative accommodation provided, OR
  2. Full refund (excluding reservation fee)
Guarantee Limitations
  1. Subject to proper documentation
  2. Requires timely reporting
  3. Excludes subjective preferences
  4. Non-material differences not covered

CANCELLATION TERMS

Reservation Fee
  1. Non-refundable under all circumstances
  2. Applies even during mitigating circumstances
Mitigating Circumstances: Refunds considered for
  1. Serious illness/injury/death of resident
  2. Serious illness/injury/death of first/second-degree relative
  3. Death of third-degree family member
  4. Official disaster zone declaration
  5. Unexpected visa refusal (not caused by resident)

COMMUNITY STANDARDS

Property Rules
  1. No smoking (including e-cigarettes)
  2. No gatherings permitted
  3. Professional conduct required
  4. No overnight visitors
  5. Mandatory cleaning schedule
  6. No Pets
Professional Environment
  1. Respect for shared spaces
  2. Consideration for other residents
  3. Maintenance of professional atmosphere
  4. Community participation encouraged
