MyOtherNest facilitates mid-term accommodation in Dublin for periods ranging from three to six months. We directly own and manage our entire property catalog, ensuring that all properties are supervised and checked by our team. We are not a third-party platform or an estate agency.

- Official disaster zone declaration
- Unexpected visa refusal (not caused by resident)
COMMUNITY STANDARDS
- No smoking (including e-cigarettes)
- No gatherings permitted
- Professional conduct required
- No overnight visitors
- Mandatory cleaning schedule

- Respect for shared spaces
- Consideration for other residents
